Who we are. IronStone Security is a trading name of K.J Howard & B.T Thorley, ABN 26 135 821 104, New South Wales. Contact us about privacy at enquiries@ironstonesecurity.trade.

What we collect. When you use the estimator or send an enquiry: your name, email, phone number (if given), preferred contact method and message; your estimator answers (property type, project type, protection level, property scale, timing and postcode) and the indicative range shown; the time you gave consent; and how you found us (the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link).

Why. To reply to your enquiry, prepare a security assessment and proposal, and understand which pages and campaigns are useful. We contact you about your project only. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.

Please don't send access details. Never include alarm codes, passwords or other access credentials in the form or by email.

Who processes it for us. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiries, and runs the bot check that protects the form. Resend delivers our confirmation emails. HubSpot is the system we use to manage enquiries. These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or build a profile of you.

How long we keep it. If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as we need them for the job, warranty and our business records. If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry details within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
